Products may be returned to PAUL AND PAULIE LIMITED (“PAUL AND PAULIE”, “us”) within 14 days of purchase for a size exchange or full refund if the product is faulty, subject to our return and exchange requirements.

TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE AND A COMPLETED PRODUCTS RETURN/LOST FORM TO HELP US PROCESS YOUR REQUEST.
We do not accept returns of Gift Cards.
Sale products and promotional codes are not eligible for return or exchange, please choose carefully. We will of course honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Return products should be in original packaged and saleable condition, not worn, altered or washed.
We may deny credit or refuse a return if the product is not returned in the condition it was sent or does not meet the return/exchange policy requirements.
Please refer to PAUL AND PAULIE’s size chart and choose carefully before you place an order, so that it is the right fit for your child. Each child’s body measurements are different, so please select with care.
The return courier will be at your own cost. We suggest arranging return of products via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost products.
ACCEPTING PRODUCTS / FAULTY PRODUCTS RETURN
We will provide you with a courier bag to return faulty products at our expense. If we agree that the product is faulty we will arrange repair, replacement or refund.
PAUL AND PAULIE reserves the right to deny credit or refuse a return if you do not follow the return / exchange policy requirements.
Conventional cotton is generally treated with chemicals to reduce shrinkage. Our organic cotton garments are not treated, so it is possible for a garment to shrink 7-10% after washing.
RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR ORDER
If you have received the wrong product or order that is different from the order you placed, we will provide you with courier bag to return the products at our expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the product has been returned in accordance with our guidelines, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. As an alternative, we may provide store credit for you minus shipping costs, if you wish.
We will endeavour to dispatch sale products within 24 hours, however when sale purchase volumes increase, shipping may be delayed for up to 2-3 working days.
We will send your order to the address you provide to us.
If you have entered your address incorrectly, please send us an email immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to change it for you before shipping.
