Thank you for ordering online from Paul and Paulie (www.paulandpaulie.com). Our kidswear products are proudly designed in New Zealand and produced in India with great care and attention to detail.
If you need to exchange the garment for any of the following reasons, please contact us by emailing contact@paulandpaulie.com in the first instance. We will then send you an address for return of goods.
- Size exchange
- Received the wrong item or order
- Goods received with manufacturing fault
- Goods damaged or lost in transit
To be eligible for a return or exchange -
- Your item must be in brand new and unused condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Kindly fill out all information in this form to help us process your request. Just download, print and complete this form and send it back to us with your proof of purchase and returned item(s).
- Note: Sale products and promotional codes are not eligible for return or exchange, please choose carefully. We will of course honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
