SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY

Free standard shipping for orders over NZ$100 New Zealand wide* (*excluding seasonal promotions).

Shipping fee for orders under NZ$100 will be charged at the check-out based on volume, weight, and destination. 

Our New Zealand shipping starts from NZ$8.50. Shipping cost will vary based on location, weight, and size of your order.

If the shipping address is Rural Delivery, kindly choose the Rural Delivery option as NZ Post charges an additional charge (8.50) to deliver to Rural Delivery.

GST will be applicable on all shipping rates. Shipping cost will be added at the time of checkout. All courier parcels require your signature.

Being environment-friendly, we use A5, A4 and A3 size Compostable Bags and recycled card Gift boxes to ship your orders. All our packaging is reusable and recyclable.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with 1-2 days delivery. For delivery to a rural area, an additional 2 or 3 days may be required.

Our estimated processing and delivery times are approximately 2 to 5 working days. We aim to dispatch of all orders within 24 hours, however, please allow for 1-2 working days extra during busy seasons. For delivery to a rural area, an additional 2 to 3 working days may be required.

While our delivery agent will try to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delays due to factors outside our control such as pandemics and other events outside of our control, may affect delivery times.

Once your order is processed and ready to be collected by our NZ Post Courier, a dispatch confirmation email showing your track and trace number will be sent to you. We process and ship our orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

NZ Post will endeavour to deliver items that are correctly addressed within the delivery target. However, they do not guarantee delivery of your item within these delivery targets.

Our delivery agent can only deliver to a physical address. Our delivery agent will not deliver to postal addresses.

Reasonable care will be taken of the products during delivery, but insurance of the products is your responsibility.

There will be no Saturday delivery.

All products shall be deemed to have been delivered when they are received by you, (or) physically deposited at your address as per your advice at the time of placing the order (or) have been collected from our delivery agent or their agent’s office in your area.

TRACKING

Tracking number and delivery updates are available and will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched, generally within 24 hours and no later than 2 business days.

SHIPPING POLICIES
It is your responsibility to ensure delivery address details are correctly submitted at the time of ordering and are in English. We are not obliged to re-send an order when we are provided with an incorrect delivery address.

If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will inform you via email and process a refund after deducting the shipping costs. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We will investigate with our shipping partners if you feel your order has been lost or damaged in transit.

The processing time will vary due to the nature each investigation, but we will keep you updated as information arrives from our shipping partner.  

When contacting us, please include your order number in your email and address to contact@paulandpaulie.com with subject “ LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS”, so that we can assist you as soon as possible. Please fill in our PRODUCTS RETURN/LOST FORM, to help us process your request

IMPORTANT

Paul and Paulie Organic Cotton Boutique is not responsible for parcel theft from front doors or letter boxes. NZ Post tacks and traces or does a GPS reading on all our parcels, to ensure the parcel is delivered to the correct address. Please get in touch with us immediately if a parcel has not been delivered to you; we can request a proof of delivery from NZ Post.

PAYMENT POLICY

All prices on PAUL AND PAULIE website are given in New Zealand Dollars and exclude shipping costs.

We accept payment by Master Card, VISA, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All credit cards and payments are charged in New Zealand Dollars.

We will charge your credit card when your order is ready to ship.  Once payment has been received by us we will send you an order confirmation email to the email address you have provided. Items ordered will be shipped once payment has been received.  We are not obliged to complete your order until we payment has been received.

 

SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

Shipping of our A4 compostable satchels and Gift boxes is done by New Zealand Post.

Freight charges are calculated by volume and weight. Prices provided are GST zero rated.

All our Economy parcels and satchels (packets) are tracked by NZ Post and expected delivery is 3-10 working days.
